Happy Living Realty and Development Corporation (HLRDC). HLRDC, registered with SEC on March
23, 1993, was formed to deal primarily on real estate business. For the last 15 years, the Company
had been into acquisition of real properties by purchase, lease, donation and other forms of transfer
to own, use, improve, develop, subdivide, sell, mortgage and hold for investment in real estate of all
kinds.
Out of a simple wish of providing decent homes for the community, Happy Living Realty and
Development Corporation, in the succeeding years, had been into continuous engagement in the real
estate business and various types of construction and infrastructure contracts, primarily in the
development of socialized and economic housing projects.
To its credit, HLRDC successfully completed Southwind Estate Subdivision in Barangay Morales, Koronadal City and built five (5) highend residential homes. It also helped develop the 112-hectare piggery project of Progressive Farms which is touted as one of Asia’s most modern facility of its kind. As years went by, HLDRC developed and completed a total of 594 lots with housing components in two subdivisions with welldeveloped road networks and water supplies, specifically the San Antonio Village Phase 1 and Phase 2 at Barangay Sta. Cruz, Koronadal City.
As the demand for better housing and liveable communities increased in the city,HLRDC positioned itself as a major partnerof the Local Government Unit in therealization of a development frameworkanchored on the limitless potential ofKoronadal City as the Administrative Seat ofRegion 12. As partner, the company neverwavers in its enthusiasm to explorepossibilities and expand its investments toprovide affordable but decent shelter to thebourgeoning populace. HLRDC furtheroffered its resources and goodwill to fasttrack the total transfer of the offices ofRegional Agencies of the Government,GOCCs and the private sector.
