○ Graduate of Architectural Engineering or any engineering related course with PRC license;

○ A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in the related field;

○ Strong verbal and written commnunication skills and familliarity with applicable environmental building, and structural laws and regulations;

○ With deep knowledge in drafting and designing using 2D AutoCAD, 3D Sketch up and other engineering softwares/programs.
